Grilled Chicken & Vegetable Skewer

Skewer made with Grilled Chicken with the combination of various kinds of vegetables and sauces. Ingredients: Skewer: => 200 g of Chicken Breast => 1/2 of Onion => 10 nos of Button Mushrooms => 1/2 nos of Yellow Capsicums => 10 nos of Cherry Tomatoes Sauce: => 2 tbsp of Hoi Sin Sauce* => 1 tsp Soy Sauce => 1/2 spoonful of Sugar => Pepper tot taste => 1 tsp of Sesame Oil Preparation: = Cut the Chicken Breast into 3 cm cubes.  = Add the seasonings together and mix ell with the Chicken cubes. Cover with cling film and keep it in the fridge to marinade for 2 hrs. = Peel Onion and cut into 3 cm cubes. Clean the button mushrooms (without rinsing), cut Yellow Capsicums into cubes, rinse Cherry Tomatoes and set aside.  = Thread 2 pcs of Chicken cubes, one of each Yellow Capsicum, Onion, Mushroom and Cherry Tomatoes onto each skewer.  = Place the skewers on the skewer rack, put into Air Fryer and grill for 12 mins. Zesty Lemon Rice

Make sure your rice taste lemony fresh yet savory and tasty with quick convenient cuisine. It's great to serve as a side to Roasted Chicken. Ingredients: => 1 cup of Long Grain Rice. => 1.5 cup of Chicken Stock => 1 pinch of Salt => 1 nos of Large Garlic Clove => 2 tbsp of Lemon Zest (freshly grated) => 2 tbsp of Unsalted Butter => 2 tbsp of Fresh Italian Parsley Preparation: = Rinse the rice and place it inside the Rice Cooker. Throw the Chicken Stock & salt, stir, then place the Garlic on top of the rice. Turn the Rice Cooker on. = When the Rice Cooker is done, set it to keep warm then add the Lemon Zest, Butter and Parsley. Stir well.  = Put the lid back on and let it steam for 10 mins. Fluff the rice with a spoon. You can keep the rice in there with "Keep Warm" setting for 1-2 hrs. = Remove and discard the Garlic Cloves before serving. Serve hot. 

No Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Chocolate delicious Biscuit Cake without baking on oven or anywhere. Try it. Ingredients: => 1 pkt (143 g) of Marie Gold Biscuit Coffee Mix: => 2 tbsp of Powdered Sugar => 3.5 cups of All-Purpose Flour => 1.5 cups of Instant Coffee Powder => 1/2 cup of Milk Chocolate Mix: => 50 g of Unsalted Butter => 6 tbsp of Powdered Sugar => 1/2 tbsp of Cocoa Powder => 1/2 tbsp of Drinking Chocolate Powder Preparation = Combine the 'Coffee Mix' ingredients. The mixture should turn out medium thick.  = Dip the Marie Gold Biscuits in the combined Coffee Mix. Make sure they are well coated. Stack the biscuits on top of the other. = Once the biscuits are coated well and stacked, place them on an aluminium foil.  = Melt the butter in a pot. Chinese Lasagna

This Chinese cuisine is suitable for those who likes to have Cheese and Lasagna type cuisines a lot. This will be an Ideal for you.  Ingredients: => 27 pcs of Cream Crackers => 5 nos of Eggs => Button Mushrooms (roughly chopped) => Salt to taste => 1 can of Evaporated Milk => 1 nos of Onion (finely chopped) => Chili Flakes => White Pepper Preparation: = Sauté Onion in an Oiled pan on high heat until they are translucent, then throw in the Mushrooms. Cook them together until they become colored. Season with Salt & Pepper. Set aside. = Pour Evaporated Milk & Eggs into a large bowl & whisk. Soak the cream crackers in the mixture (as mush as you can) for a few secs. and remove.  = Oil a square cake til & lay the soaked Crackers on them (3 in a row would be ideal). Rainbow Marshmallow Ice Cream with Chocolate Orange Fudge Sauce

This dessert can be the Ideal Dessert for you if you already taken some foods which is served in Fine Dinning or similar with Fine Dining Meals. You can also try this at your home while holidays.  Ingredients: Rainbow Marshmallow Ice Cream:  => 3 cups of Vanilla Ice Cream => 18 nos of Rainbow-Colored Marshmallows  Orange hot fudge sauce: => 1 can of Evaporated Full Cream Milk => 2 tbsp of Orange Zests => 1 cup of Butter => 5 tbsp of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder => 3/4 cup of Sugar => 2 tsp of Vanilla Essence Preparation: Rainbow Marshmallow Ice Cream: = Melt the Vanilla Ice Cream in a pot. Tuna Spring Rolls

This Rolls are seemed as Famous Snacks cuisine in Malaysia. It'll be one of the most delicious Must_Try cuisine for you. Ingredients: => 3 cups of Cooking Oil => 1 pkt of Spring Roll Skin => 3 cloves of Garlic  (chopped) => 3 nos of Shallots  (chopped) => 1/2 tbsp of Soy Bean Paste  (fermented) => 1 nos of Turnip   (shredded) => 1 nos of Carrot  (shredded ) => 10 nos of French Beans  (shedded) => 1 tbsp of Chicken Stock Granules => Dash of Pepper & Sesame Oil => 1 tin (185 g) of Tuna Flakes in Vegetable Oil  (drained) => 1 tsp of Corn Four & 2 tbsp of Water  (mixed) Preparation: = Heat up 3 tbsp of Cooking Oil. Mum's Sardines

This is a kind of light cuisine which has been made with Sardines with Tomato Sauce & suitable to have by anyone, specially by Childens,  Ingredients: => 425 g of Sardines with Tomato Sauce => 1 tbsp of Cooking Oil. => 1 nos of Red Onion  (chopped) => 1 nos of Long Red Chili  (chopped) => 1 nos of Small Lime  (chopped) Preparation: = Slice the Onion & Chili, put aside. Cut the Lime into wedges.  = In a heated pan, stir-fry the Onion & Chili until fragrant. Add the Sardines with the Tomato Sauce. Simmer until the sauce bubbles. = Remove from heat, then squeeze Lime Juice.  = Serve hot with Rice or Bread. 

Tuna & Avocado Quesadilla

Tuna fish, cooked with Avocado which can be able to give the tastes of various kind s of aromatic vegetables and fishes.  Ingredients: => 150 g of Tuna Flakes with Extra Virgin Olive Oil => 2 tbsp of Lime Juice => 1 nos of Red Onion  (diced) => 3 sheets of Wholemeal Tortillas => 200 g of Grated Cheese  (mixture of parmesan & mozzarella) => 1/2 nos of Avocado  (thin slices) => 2 tbsp of Desiccated Coconut => Black Pepper & Salt to taste => 1 nos of Red Chili  (chopped = optional) Preparation: = Mix the Tuna, Lime Juice and Onion together. Quick Spaghetti with Tuna

A quick bite of Spaghetti cooked with Processed Tuna fish & mixed with Spaghetti Sauce. Ingredients: => 350 g of Spaghetti Sauce => 200 g of Spaghetti  (cooked as per instruction on packet) => 2 tbsp of Olive Oil => 1 nos of Yellow Onion  (chopped) => 2 cloves of Garlic  (chopped) => 185 gm of Canned Tuna in oil  (drained) =>  1/4 cup of English Parsley (chopped) => Salt to taste => Black Pepper to taste   Preparation: = Heat oil in a pan. Sauté Onion & Garlic until fragrant comes out. = Add Spaghetti Sauce; stir & simmer for 5 mins. Mix in Tuna & Parsley. Stir well & season to taste. = Serve the Spaghetti with the Sauce you prepared. 

Lemon Cream

This is a cream, make with lemon & served with any fine Dining Cuisine, as per menu. Ingredients: => 500 gm of Double Cream => 1 nos of Lemon  (zested & juiced) =>  5 gm of Salt Preparation: = In a bowl, squeeze lemon juice into cream & whisk until in thickens. = Season to taste & refrigerate until needed.

Betroot Honey Pureé

This is another small side element to make a Fine Dining Cuisine. This has been made in Small Portion but also you can serve it as Sauce. Ingredients: => 450 gm of Betroot => 90 gm of Honey => 10 gm of Salt Preparation: = In a Vacuum pack, lace all the ingredients & cook with Sous-Vide Machine @ 84*C for 2 hrs = Blend them until smooth. Use fine sieve to refine. = Put inside a bottle. It's ready to use.
