Ingredients:
Skewer:
=> 200 g of Chicken Breast
=> 1/2 of Onion
=> 10 nos of Button Mushrooms
=> 1/2 nos of Yellow Capsicums
=> 10 nos of Cherry Tomatoes
Sauce:
=> 2 tbsp of Hoi Sin Sauce*
=> 1 tsp Soy Sauce
=> 1/2 spoonful of Sugar
=> Pepper tot taste
=> 1 tsp of Sesame Oil
Preparation:
= Cut the Chicken Breast into 3 cm cubes.
= Add the seasonings together and mix ell with the Chicken cubes. Cover with cling film and keep it in the fridge to marinade for 2 hrs.
= Peel Onion and cut into 3 cm cubes. Clean the button mushrooms (without rinsing), cut Yellow Capsicums into cubes, rinse Cherry Tomatoes and set aside.
= Thread 2 pcs of Chicken cubes, one of each Yellow Capsicum, Onion, Mushroom and Cherry Tomatoes onto each skewer.
= Place the skewers on the skewer rack, put into Air Fryer and grill for 12 mins. (Brush a layer of Hoi Sin Sauce on Skewers 2 mins. before it is done.)
= Place them on a serving dish, garnish with chopped Parsley. Serve hot.

* You can use Chili Sauce or Tomato Sauce instead of this Sauce.
