Cream of Mushroom Soup

Cream of Mushroom Soup is a soup which is made with processed Mushrooms and the combination of Fresh cream and Chicken Stock, Broth and many other elements. This soup is famous for it's Creamy Texture, Thicken Consistency and the byte of spices. This is enough to make your mood and to make your day. Potatoi Mugh Daal

This is a regular Bangladeshi Cuisine. Mugh daal which has been cooked with Potatoes and various items. This is one of the traditional Bengali food and served with plain rice in regular meals. Nasi Goreng Kampung

This is a Malay style fired rice. Long Beans, Water Convolvulus and Dried Anchovies are always featured in the Malay cooking and it becomes together in this fried rice. I have eaten many times in Malaysia and it's really a good item that it attracts me very much towards it. You can try making at your home Ingredients: => 1/2 medium sized Onions => 1 Shallots => 2 cloves of Garlic => 4 bird's eye Chilies => 1 heaped tbsp of dried anchovies => 1 tbsp of Oil (2) => 1/2 cup of finely sliced Long Beans (not green beans) => 1 large handful of Water Convovulus (kangkung) (3) => 2 cups of packed cooked Rice => 2 eggs => 2 tbsp of dried Anchovies => 3 tbsp of Oil => 1 tsp of Salt Preparation: = Puree everything in (1) except oil. Croissanta Croque Madame

This croissant croque madame is your new go-to brunch dish! Ingredients: => 2 croissants =>   butter, for spreading =>   60g good cheddar =>   40g emmental =>   4 slices of good quality ham =>   2 large eggs Preparation: =  Slice open the croissants and coarsely grate the cheeses. =  Spread the outside of the croissant with the butter and layer in the cheese, followed by the ham and finishing with the cheese again. =  Place under the grill until the cheese is oozy and melted and bubbling. If the croissant is cooking too fast at any point, cover the top with tin foil. =  Whilst you are waiting for this, fry up your eggs in a drizzle of veg oil on a hot heat. Top the oozy croissants with the eggs when they are ready.

Mashed Potatoes

Mashed Potatoes is one of the most favorite Accompaniment  OR Side Dish to all peoples. Specially in Continental Restaurants and Star Rated Restaurants, it's being served with any main course dishes or Fries items. It's very easy to cook and also very tasty to eat. You can even serve it with your cookies OR chips also. Ingredients: => 4-6 medium pieces of potatoes => 1 tsp of Milk Powder => Salt to taste => 1/2 tsp of Sugar => 1/4 tsp of Black Pepper Preparation: = Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.  = Put water to a pot. Add little salt and bring it to the boil. Then add the potatoes and boil until tender (for about 7-8 mins.).  Strain the potatoes and preserve the water for future use. = Mash the potatoes well with a masher. Add salt, sugar, milk and pepper. Mix well. Take the mashed potatoes to a cup. Spread little amount of preserved potato stock.  = Serve hot.
