Egg Curry with Potatoes

Egg is one of the biggest source of Protein and Fat. This food item can be served as many ways as possible and you want. So based on the types of Egg's cooking. Here's presenting one cuisine which is belong to the traditional food item, specially of Bangladesh. This cuisine is combined with the touch of potatoes and plenty of onions and other spices. Ingredients: => 2 nos of Eggs => 3 Potatoes (cut into finger size) => 2 large size of onions (chopped) => 1 tsp of Red Chili Powder => 1.5 tsp of Turmeric Powder => 1/2 tsp of Cumin Powder => 1/2 tsp of Coriander Powder => Salt to Taste => 1/2 tsp of Hot Spices powder => 1/4 tsp of Black Pepper Powder Preparation: = First, boil the eggs until they become Hard Boiled. Stir Fry Sauce

This is a kind of Sauce which is not actually a recipe, but a Sauce which can be used to cook a Complete Dish. Ingredients: => 2/3 cup soy sauce => 1/2 cup chicken broth => 1/3 cup rice wine => 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar => 1 tablespoon sesame oil => 1/4 teaspoon white pepper => 2 tablespoons cooking oil => 1 tablespoon minced garlic => 1 tablespoon minced ginger => 2 tablespoons cornstarch => 1/4 cup water Preparation: = Mix all the ingredients together. = Cook until it becomes thick. = It's ready to be used.

General Tso’s Sauce

This is a kind of Sauce which is not actually a recipe, but a Sauce which can be used to cook a Complete Dish. Ingredients: => 1/4 cup cornstarch => 3 tablespoons water => 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder => 1/4 teaspoon ginger => 1/2 cup chicken stock => 1/2 cup sugar => 1/4 cup good-quality soy sauce => 3 tablespoons white vinegar => 4 red chilies or use Pepper flakes (optional) Preparation: = Mix all the ingredients together. = Cook until thickened. = It's ready to be used.

Orange Sauce

This is a kind of Basic Sauce. It's actually not a Recipe, but Mixture of ingredients, which can be used to cook something as you like. Ingredients: => 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce => 1 1/2 tablespoons water => 5 tablespoons sugar => 5 tablespoons white vinegar => 1 orange, zest of Preparation:  = Mix all the ingredients with each other. = Cook until thicken. = It's Ready to be used.
