Chola Daal with Raw Jackfruits

   Raw Jack-fruits {formerly known as Achor (এঁচোড়)} is one of the most favorite fruit for Bengali peoples. They like foods cooked with this. Easy Paratha

Parathas are the most common breakfast & snacks food item for Bangladeshi & Indian peoples. It's a fried bread which can be served with curries, fries & daals. Here w7e'll know about how can we make the Paratha without rolling or touching with hand.  Ingredients:  => 1½ cups of all purpose Flour  => Salt to taste  => 1½ cup of Liquid Milk => 1 cup of Water (optional)* Preparation:  = Mix all the ingredients into a bowl & make a semi-thick batter.   = Heat a frying pan and brush it with some oil.  = Pour one scoop of batter and spread it in a round shape. Poached Eggs Bhuna

Poached Egg bhuna is basically a curry which is known one of the most edible traditional cuisine of Bangladesh. It's not much popular, but a good amount of people use to make this for their meals.  Ingredients: => 1 nos of Egg => ½ cup of Onions (chopped)  => ¼ cup of Garlics (chopped)  => 1 nos of Tomatoes (diced)  => 1½ tbsp of Oil => ½ tsp of Red Chili Powder => ¼ tsp of Turmeric Powder  => Salt to taste => ⅓ tsp of Coriander Powder  Preparation: = Heat oil to a frying pan.
