Sassy Melon Sherbet (Juice)

This Sassy Melon Sherbet is a light, refreshing frozen treat that's perfect for kids & adults. Especially during the hot days. Ingredients: => 3 cups of Seedless Watermelon Cubes (cut in 1 inch size & frozen solid) => 1/2 cups of Vanilla Yogurt Preparation: = Take half of the Watermelon Cubes and place them in a food processor. Process until it breaks down and is grainy in texture. = Stop the processor and put in half of the Yogurt. Continue the process until the mix becomes buttery smooth. = Scoop out the sherbet to a separate container and repeat the processing with the rest of the ingredients. = If you prefer a "Froyo or Ice Cream consistency", then Serve Immediately. If you prefer it to be  "firmer", freeze for around 2 hrs then serve.  = Leftover sherbet might be frozen and difficult to scoop. So place the container in the refrigerator to thaw a couple of hours before serving.

Appetizing Apple Pie

Everybody loves ab Apple Pie, from it's delicious crust to it's decadent filling. It's a home-made delight. Ingredients: => Double-Crust Pastry => 1/3 to 1/2 cups of Sugar => 1/4 cup of All-Purpose Flour => 1/2 tsp of Ground Cinnemon => 1/2 tsp of Ground Nutmeg => 1/8 tsp of Salt => 8 cups of Tart Apples (thinly sliced & peeled) => 2 tbsp of Butter Preparation: = Preheat oven to 180*C. Prepare the Double-Crust Pastry = Mix up the Sugar, Flour, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Salt in a large bowl. Stir them in Apples. Turn them in a pastry-lined pie plate. = Dot with Butter and trim overhanging edge of pasty 1/2 inch from rim of the plate. Roll other round of pastry. Fold into fourths & make sure to cut slits into it so steam can escape. = Unfold the top pastry over filling; trim overhanging edge 1 inch from rim of the plate. Custardy Mango Pudding

Everybody loves a little dessert! Whip this up for the family as a delicious after dinner treat. You family will love it! Ingredients: => 3 middle sized mature Mangoes (fresh mango cubes 450 g) => 2 packs unflavored Gelatin Sheets => 160 ml of Milk => 60 ml of Heavy Cream (chilled) => 1/2 cups of Granulated Sugar (or more if needed) Preparation: = Place the Gelatin Sheets in cold water until they turn soft. = Heat half of the Milk in a small pot. Pour in the Sugar and soaked Gelatin. Cook over a slow fire, Stir until sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved. Set aside to cool down. = Slice the fresh Mangoes in half and the cup up the flesh in cubes. Place the mango cubes in blender and then add the remaining half of the Milk. Blend until it become very smooth. = Mix the blended mango with the milk. Add the Heavy Cream. Stir until everything is combined evenly. Now strain the mixture. Groovy Guava Juice

This delicious tropical drink is a great healthy way to kick-start the day! Ingredients: => 1 Ripe Guava (medium size) => 2 tbsp of Lemon Juice => 3 tbsp of Sugar => 2 cups of Water * Preparation: = Cut the Guavas into small pieces with the skin on. = Put the guava pieces including Sugar & Lemon Juice to a blender. Blend until the mixture is mushy. = Add 2 cups of Water & blend again until everything is smooth. = Serve fresh! ------------- * You can use cold / ice-water if you want the drink to be cold & more refreshing!

Tasty Chili Flower Crabs

This is another one of the most popular cuisine of Chinese & Malaysian peoples. As Crab is famous in all sea-food lovers, so this can be tried on your home too. Spicy Fired Anchovies with Onions & Chilies

These delicious treats are famously served around bars in Malaysia as finger food. Home chefs also serve these as Appetizers or as a Side Dish at home. These Anchovies should be Crispy, slightly Salty, Sour, Spicy, and the Onions are lightly softened without the raw taste. A great way to stimulate the appetite. Ingredients: => 50 g of Fried Crispy Anchovies => 1 small Red Onion  (halved & sliced) => 1 Red Chili  (seeded & thinly sliced) => 2 nos Bird's Eye Chilies  (chopped = optional) => 4-6 nos Kalamansi Lime  (juiced) => 2 tbsp of Peanut Oil Preparation: = Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add the Onions and the Chilies. = Stir fry until the Onions become lightly softened. Toss in the Crispy Anchovies. = Mix it up, toss well and pour into a bowl. = Squeeze some Kalamansi Lime over the dish. Mix well. = Serve Immediately.

Most people balk at the very mention of Broccoli, but I think that's just because they've never had Broccoli that's cooked well. Whip this up for a broccoli hater, and watch the experience flavors that'll turn that frown upside down! Ingredients: => 1 tbsp of Butter => 1 large head Broccoli  (cut into florets) => 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream => 1/2 cup of Shredded Gruyere Cheese => Red Pepper Flakes => 1 tbsp of Olive Oil => 2 cloves of Garlic  (mined) => 1/2 cup of Shredded Mozarella => 1/4 cup of Grated Parmesan => Salt to taste => Chopped Parsley (for garnish) Preparation: = Preheat oven to 190*C. = Melt Butter with Olive Oil in an oven proof pan over medium heat. Cheese Baked Eggplant

This eggplant cuisine is full of cheese and the combination of other regular vegetables that you like. It's healthy and delicious at a same time. Ingredients: => 1 Eggplant  (sliced into 1/2 inch thick rounds) => 3 Tomatoes  (sliced) =>1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil => 1 tsp of Oregano => 1/3 cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese => Salt to taste => Ground Black Pepper to taste Preparation: = Set your oven to 200*C. = Place Tomato slices and Eggplants into a non-stick baking dish. Drizzle with Olive Oil and season with Salt, Pepper & Oregano. Sprinkle some Cheese. = Bake until the cheese begins to brown or about 30 mins. Set oven broiler to high then continue baking for 5 mins. or until cheese turns completely brown. = Garnish & sprinkle with some chopped Parsley. = Serve hot.  

Savory Mashed Potatoes

Mashed Potatoes are actually quite simple to make! Follow the instructions and you'll be able to have a delicious bowl for the family. Ingredients: => 8 Potatoes  (peeled & quartered) = > 1/2 cup of Milk => 1/4 cup of Butter => 2 cloves of Garlic  (minced) => Salt to taste => 1 pinch of Ground White Pepper => 2 tbsp of Sesame Seeds Preparation: = Boil water in a large pot. Add Potatoes & boil them for 25 mins or until they become soft. Drain the water and place in a bowl. = Mix the Potatoes with Pepper, Salt, Butter, Milk & Garlic. Use an Electric Mixer or Masher to get the consistency you desire. = Sprinkle with some Sesame Seeds. It's ready to serve.

Onion Ring Delight

This Onion Ring Delight cuisine is one of the popular cuisines of Malaysia. It's best suitable to have in Snacks and also can be served as Accompaniment of any of your favorite main course dishes you like. This is also best for making any occasion enjoyable! Ingredients: => Large Onions  (cu into rings) = > 1 cup & 2 tbsp of All Purpose Flour => 1 cup of Milk => 1 Egg => 2 tbsp of Vegetable Oil => 1 tsp of Salt => Vegetable Oil  (for deep frying) Preparation: = Place the Onion Rings in a bowl of ice water and let soak for 1 hr. Drain the water & dry with paper towels. = Pour the Flour in a bowl. Add Milk, Egg, 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil & salt and whisk until smooth. = Heat oil in a large sauce-pan. Make sure you use fresh Spaghetti Ingredients: => 200 g of Spaghetti or Limguine => 1 Red Chili  (de-seeded and finely chopped) => 2 Shallots  (fnely chopped) => 1 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil => 1 Lemon Zest => 1 tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar => 2 tbsp of Caster Sugar => 300 g of Tomatoes (diced) => 125 g of Ball Mozzarella / Burrata  (torn into pieces) => Handful of Basil Leaves (torn, to serve) => Black Pepper to taste => Sea Salt to taste Preparation: = Cook the Pasta according to the pack. = While Pasta is cooking, place the Chili, Shallots, Oil, Lemon Zest, Vinegar, Sugar and Tomatoes in a mortar.
