Scrambled Egg Peanut Butter Sandwich

Ingredients: => 4 slices of Sandwich Bread => 2 tbsp of Peanut Butter => 50 g of Regular Butter => 2 nos of Eggs => 1.5 tsp of Chopped Onions => 1/2 tsp of Chopped Garlics => White Pepper to taste => Salt & Sugar to taste Preparation: = Start with eggs. Break eggs to a bowl. Add salt, sugar, pepper, chopped onions, chopped garlics. Beat well.  = Heat oil to a frypan. Pour the beaten eggs on it. Just mix roughly so that it becomes an Scrambled Egg . Fry till golden brown in color, then take them to a dish. = Heat a pan and toast the breads till golden brown in both sides. Make it cool (till warm) .  = Apply some Regular butter on a toast, then the Peanut butter. Spread eggs over it. Sprinkle some sugar & pepper. Do the same with other toasts.  = Place one completed toast over another to make Sandwiches. Cut into the middle as Sandwich shape. (you can reheat it to microwave oven for 15 sec.s to serve it hot) = Serve Now!   

Bangladeshi Butter Rice

Ingredients: => 200 g of Bashmati Rice => 30 g of Shallots => 2 tbsp of Butter => 20 g of Carrot => 2 nos of Eggs (fried & sliced) => 20 g of French Beans => 20 g of Tomatoes => Required amount of Parsley (for Garnish) => Cumin to taste => Mustard Seeds as required => 1/2 tsp of Ground Black Pepper => Ground Cinnamon to taste Preparation: = Wash the rice properly & boil it. Make it cool.  = Take a pan. Add butter, shallots, carrots, french beans, cumin, mustard seeds and saute them.  = Add rice and sliced eggs. Toss it.  = Now add tomatoes, black pepper, ground cinnamon, parsley and cook it for about 2 mins.  = Transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with chopped parsley as garnish.  = Serve hot. 

Haleem (Mutton)

This is another kind of Haleem which has been cooked with Mutton. It's same like Beef / Mama Haleem. If you don't like the Beef one, you can try this Mutton Haleem. Peanut Butter Burger

Ingredients: => 5 pounds ground Angus beef (preferred lean/fat content 80/20) => 1 tablespoon sea salt => 1 tablespoon seasoning salt => 1/2 tablespoon cracked peppercorn => 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced => 8 ounces apple-wood smoked bacon => White burger buns => Creamy peanut butter => 20 slices American cheese Preparation: = Combine the beef with the sea salt, seasoning salt, pepper and garlic. Create 10 beef balls. Place the balls individually between waxed paper and slightly press the center to create your patties. Place the patties on a lined cookie sheet, ready to be placed on the grill.  = On the stove, fry the bacon to desired texture over medium-heat.  = Turn your chargrill to medium-high and place the burgers on it once it is hot.
