Kimchi Mac & Cheese Pasta

Ingredients: => 1 tbsp of butter => 1 ½ tbsp of flour => 1 cup of whole milk => ¾ cup of chopped kimchi => 1 ¼ cup of shredded cheddar => 200 g of penne pasta => Scallions as garnish Preparation: = Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour. Once the butter flour mixture starts browning, add the milk. Keep stirring to dissolve any clumps. = Once the sauce has thickened, add the kimchi and the shredded cheddar. Stir until the cheddar has melted. = Pour in your prepared pasta and stir to make sure everything is evenly coated. = Serve with scallions as garnish. Enjoy!

Garlicky Shrimp Alfredo Bake

Ingredients: => 10 oz Penne => 3 tbsp of Butter => 3 c loves of Garlic (minced) => 1 lb of medium or large Shrimp (peeled & deveined) => 3 t bsp of Fresh P arsley (chopped) => 2 tbsp of All Purpose Flour => 3/4 c. of Milk => 1/4 c. of low-sodium Chicken Broths => 1 c. of Mozza rella (shredded) => 1/4 c. + 2 tbsp of Parmesan (shredded) => Freshly Ground Black P epper => 2 large (about 1 cup) Tomatoes (chopped) Preparation:      = Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook penne according to package d irections until all dente. Drain and return to pot. = In a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter . Add garlic, shrimp and 2 tbsp parsley.  = Season with salt. Cook until shrimp is pink and no longer opaque. , 2 mins. per side. Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice) made with Dagging (Beef) , suitable to serve in Lunch or Dinner at any place, anytime. This is one of the most popular Malaysian Cuisine which is liked by most of the Malaysians. Let's have a try! Steak & Cheese Pockets

Made with Rib eye Steak, this Pocket is suitable to serve in Snacks as Fast Food, whether travelling or in leisure time... Ingredients:  => 300g Rib Eye Steak => 2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning => 2 Tbsp vegetable oil => 4 mini tortilla wraps => 100g grated cheddar => 100g grated mozzarella => 1 green chilli, chopped => Vegetable Oil to shallow fry Preparation: = Rub the steak with the Cajun seasoning and cook on a griddle pan for 2 minutes on each side for medium, or longer/shorter for however you like your steak. = Take the steak off the heat and leave to rest. = Mix the two cheeses together in a bowl. = Slice up the steak in to strips and divide in to 4 portions = Lay down the mini tortilla and put the cheese, steak strips and some of the chopped chili.
