Sri Lankan Egg Hoopers

This is one of the most popular Sri Lankan Breakfast which is served widely in Sri-Lanka. This cuisine was firstly shared in a Sri-Lankan Magazine which was posted by a Chef from Sri-Lanka. Here the same cuisine you're reading in English so that if you want to try this, can try in your home. As this cuisine has been made with egg and rice, so you'll have not to worry about it's nutritious values as this is full of Nutritious Values I think. So let's start cooking Egg Hoopers. Old Fashioned Onion Rings

This is an actual recipe from a former employee of a popular drive-in restaurant. Crispy coated onion rings like the pro's make! Ingredients: => 1 large onion (cut into 1/4 inch ring slices) => 1.5 cups of All Purpose Flour => 1 tsp of Baking Powder => 1 tsp of Salt => 1 Egg => 1 cup (or as needed) of Milk => 3/4 cups of Dry Bread Crumbs => Seasoned Salt to taste => 1 quart (or as needed) of Oil (for frying) Preparation: = Heat the oil in deep frier OR in a deep-frying pan to 185 degrees C. = Dip the onion slices into the flour mixture until they are all coated; set aside. Whisk the egg and milk into the flour mixture using a fork.  => Dip the floured rings into the batter to coat, then place on a wire rack to drain until the batter stops dripping.
