Red Cabbage Apple Pureé

This is a puree made with Red Colored Cabbage & Apple. Suitable to serve with any Fine Dining Cuisine. Ingredients: => 450 g of Red Cabbage (julienne cut) => 90 g of Red Wine => 25 g of Dijon Mustard => 10 g of Salt => 5 g of Caraway Powder => 50 g of Apple Smith (julienne cut) Preparation: = In a vacuum pack, place Red Cabbage, Apple Smith & Red Wine together. Place it inside the Oven in 95*C for 90 mins.  = Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Use a fine sleve to refine it. Put inside a bottle.  = It's ready to be used. 

Foie Grass Ganache with Unagi

This is a well known cuisine, suitable to serve as Fine Dining Environment & in Fine Dining Restaurants or Café. Actually this is not a complete dish, but a side-up preparation for a Main Fine Dining cuisine.  Ingredients: => 750 g of Foie Grass => 15 g of Salt => 12 g of Sugar => 300 g of Heavy Cream => 8 g of Gelatin => 300 g of Unagi Preparation: = Spread finger shape Unagi inside the rectangular mould. Combine heavy cream & gelatin inside pot & keep it hot until the gelatin dissolve.  = Cut Foie Grass 3 cm & vaccum pack place inside the sous vide machine; 54*C for 30 mins.  = Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. After that use fine sleve to refine the ganache.  = Replace the ganache with the unagi inside the mould. Put inside the freezer.  = It's ready to be used. 

Chicken Paprik with Rice

Rice cooked with Chicken Paprik and served with flavored sauce & steamed rice. Ingredients: => 3 tbsp of Oil => 200 g of Chicken Breast (diced) => 1/4 cup of Thai Chili Sauce => 3 tbsp of Tomato Ketchup => 2 tbsp of Oyster Flavored Sauce => 1/2 tsp of Thick Soy Sauce => 3/4 cup of Water => 1 nos of Onion (sliced) => 100 g of Cauliflower (cut into florets) => 100 g of Green Capsicum (diced) => 100 g of Mini Sweet Corn (sliced) => 100 g of Carrots (sliced) => 2 nos of Lime Leaves => 1 tsp of Cornflour => 1 tbsp of Water => Salt to taste => Sugar to taste => 4 portions of Steamed Rice (to serve) Blended Ingredients: => 3 nos of Shallots => 3 cloves of Garlic (smashed*) => 2 nos of Candle-nuts Preparation: = Heat up oil in a pan. Crab Meat Mushroom Soup

Soup, which has been cooked with Oyster Flavored Sauce which has Mushrooms & Crab meats included to make your Starer Meal delicious.  Ingredients: => 50 g of Crab Meat => 50 g of Chicken (slice into small pieces) => Dried Mushroom pieces => 1 nos of Egg Seasoning Mix: => 1 tbsp of Oyster Flavored Sauce (adequate) * => 2 tsp of Soy Sauce (adequate) => 2 tsp of Corn Flour (mixed with water) => 2 tsp of Sesame Oil => 600 ml of Water Preparation: = Put the Oyster Sauce & Soy Sauce ti boil.  = Add the Chicken, Crab & Mushrooms and continue boiling.  = Mix & stir the Corn Flour until it's thick enough. Add the Egg,  = Now add a few drops of Sesame Oil. Take the soup in a soup cup. = Serve hot. ..................... *  Here I've used Taste-me Oyster Flavored Sauce. If  you want, can use any other branded Oyester Flavored Sauce.  

Homemade Butter in Mason Jar

Homemade butter can be made a variety of different ways, but a mason jar makes a fun, and accessible activity for people of any age and skill level. All you need is a jar and some heavy cream. Ingredients: => 1 pint sized (16 oz) mason jar =>1 cup heavy cream (38% fat content) => Cold water Preparation: Pour heavy cream into the mason jar, filling it half-way full. Screw the lid on. Shake mason jar for approximately 5-7 minutes. After the first 2 minutes you'll have whipped cream. Keep shaking until you hear that a lump has formed inside, and shake an additional 30-60 seconds after that. Remove the solids from the jar. The remaining liquid is buttermilk. You can save that for other recipes, or discard it. Place the solids into a small bowl. Pour cold water over the butter and use your hands to squish it into a ball. Hot & Sour Soup Rice Vermicelli

Make your signature bowl pf nice vermicelli at the fingertips. One of the Tasty Malay Cuisine, suitable for Snacks.  Ingredients: => 2 stalks of Lemongrass => 1 nos of Tomato (cut into wedges) => 2 nos of Kaffir Leaves (shredded) => 2 nos of Chili Padi (cut slighly across) => 2 nos of Calamansi (cut into half) => 3-4 Beech / Button Mushrooms => Salt & Pepper to taste Preparation: = Add Lemongrass, Tomato Wedges, Kaffir Leaf, Chili Padi & Seasonings into hot boiling water. Bring to the boil for 10 mins. = Add Rice Vermicelli & Mushrooms to cook for  3 mins. Add Salt as desired.  = Remove from the heat. Asam Pedas Sardine

This is one of the most highly Protein cuisine which is suitable to serve as Appetizer or Snacks. Ingredients: => 4 nos of Sardine (cleaned) => 3 nos of Red Chilies (grounded) => 2 cm of Turmeric (grounded) => 1 cm of Ginger (grounded) => 1 ltr of Water => 3 nos of Dried Tamarind Slices => 2 nos of Lemongrass (bruised) => 2 cm of Galangal (thinly sliced) => 10 nos of Kesum Leaves => 2 tbsp of  Maggi CukupRasa  Seasoning Mix Preparation: = In a large pot, cook Red Chili, Turmeric & Ginger & bring to the boil.  = Add Tamarind, Lemongrass, Galangal & Kesum Leaves and simmer for a while.  = Lastly add the Sarnines & simmer until it cooked well. Pour it to a Serving Dish. Garnish with some Parsley Leaves. = Serve hot.

Crispy Fired Fish

This is one of the most highly Protein cuisine which is suitable to serve as Appetizer or Snacks. Ingredients: => 4 cups of Rice Flour => 1 nos of Egg => 3-4 cups of Water => 1 tsp of Turmeric Powder => 1/2 tsp of Slaked Lime => 2 tbsp of  Maggi CukupRasa Seasoning Mix => Oil for frying => 10 nos of Small Fishes (whatever you like). Preparation; = Combine all the Ingredients together & mix well. Make a smooth batter. Dip the Fishes into the batter. Then add in  = Heat oil in a pan for Deep Fry. Check the oil is hot enough.  = Put the dipped & coated fishes into the Oil. = Fry in simmering heat until the fishes become Crispy & the coating becomes Golden in color. = Put the fishes into a serving dish. Garnish with some Parsley leaves. Serve Hot with Tomato Ketchup.

DHA Enrich Spread Sandwich

This is a kind of Healthy Sandwich which is good to take in your Breakfast to ensure a Healthy Start of the day. Ingredients: => 160 g of Cooking  Oil => 2 tbsp of DHA Spread => 1 tbsp of Salmon Fillet (Skinless & boneless) => 1/2 cup of Low Fat Mayonnaise => 1/2 cup of Carrots (peeled & finely grated) => 1/2 cup of Japanese Cucumber (peeled & diced) => Salt & Pepper to Season => Salad Leaves as Garnish. Preparation: = Season the Salmon Fillet with Salt & Pepper. Heat 1 tbsp of Cooking Oil on  frying pan. Fry the fillet over medium heat for 3-4 mins.  = Flake the cooked fillet coarsely with a Fork. Ingredients: => Mega Fresh Frozen Fries => 2 tbsp of Cooking Oil => 2 tbsp of Chili Powder => Salt to taste => Pepper as required Preparation: = Place fries in a zipper bag and apply cooking oil. Shake the bag to evenly distribute the oil. = Remove the fries from the bag & place in an baking sheet. Luscious Avocado & Lime Cream

This is one of the most popular Malaysian Cuisine which is suitable to take as Snacks. This comes with Crispy Chips and Lime cream which is enough to make your evening. Ingredients: => 3 ripe Avocados => 2 tbsp of Fresh Lime Juice  (about 2 juicy limes) => 1 tsp of Tabasco Sauce => 1 clove of Garlic  (crushed) => 1/2 tsp of Sea Salt To Serve => Olive oil for drizzling => Snipped fresh Chives => Natural Tortilla Chips or Rice Crackers Preparation: = Cut the Avocados in half, remove the seeds and peel.
