Chocolate delicious Biscuit Cake without baking on oven or anywhere. Try it.
Ingredients:
=> 1 pkt (143 g) of Marie Gold Biscuit
Coffee Mix:
=> 2 tbsp of Powdered Sugar
=> 3.5 cups of All-Purpose Flour
=> 1.5 cups of Instant Coffee Powder
=> 1/2 cup of Milk
Chocolate Mix:
=> 50 g of Unsalted Butter
=> 6 tbsp of Powdered Sugar
=> 1/2 tbsp of Cocoa Powder
=> 1/2 tbsp of Drinking Chocolate Powder
Preparation
= Combine the 'Coffee Mix' ingredients. The mixture should turn out medium thick.
= Dip the Marie Gold Biscuits in the combined Coffee Mix. Make sure they are well coated. Stack the biscuits on top of the other.
= Once the biscuits are coated well and stacked, place them on an aluminium foil.
= Melt the butter in a pot. Combine 6 tbsp of Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Chocolate Powder with the butter. This mix should turn out quite thick.
= Cover the entire biscuit stack with the Chocolate mix. Make sure it's coated well.
= Cover with the aluminium foil and keep in fridge for 3 hrs.
= Cut it into slices and Serve. It can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
