Tuna fish, cooked with Avocado which can be able to give the tastes of various kind s of aromatic vegetables and fishes.
Ingredients:
=> 150 g of Tuna Flakes with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
=> 2 tbsp of Lime Juice
=> 1 nos of Red Onion (diced)
=> 3 sheets of Wholemeal Tortillas
=> 200 g of Grated Cheese (mixture of parmesan & mozzarella)
=> 1/2 nos of Avocado (thin slices)
=> 2 tbsp of Desiccated Coconut
=> Black Pepper & Salt to taste
=> 1 nos of Red Chili (chopped = optional)
Preparation:
= Mix the Tuna, Lime Juice and Onion together. Add Black Pepper & Salt to taste.
= On medium-low heat, place a Tortilla Sheet on a non-stick frying pan. Sprinkle some Grated Cheese and Tuna mixture on half side of the Tortilla.
= Place the Avocado Slices an more Grated Cheese on top of the Tuna Mixture, the fold gently. Keep the quesadila on the pan until slightly golden brown in color.
= Flip on the other side and do the same, or until cheese has melted. Cut the quesadila into Triangles and enjoy with a light leafy salad.
