Peanut Slaw with Soba Noodles

I’m re-introducing one of my all-time favorite recipes today! It’s a colourful slaw with tender Soba Noodles, tossed in sesame-ginger peanut sauce. Broccoli Cheese Muffin is a dish which can make your snacks mood so good and healthy as it is coming with the natural food values of Broccoli and some tastes of the Cheese. I hope that it's quite enough to make your snacks enjoyable. This is another kind of Cheese Steak Sandwich. This is full of Cheese and also have the byte of Steak of Loin. You can use Beef / Mutton as the Loin, but make sure the Loin is Must a Boneless one. Borhani (বোরহানী)

This is a spicy yogurt drink served on weddings or big parties with biryanis, tehari or polaw rice. It is a traditional drink and is very easy to make. Ingredients: => Plain yogurt - 1/2 kg => White pepper powder - 1/4 tsp => Mustard Powder - 1/2 tbsp => Fresh mint leaves paste - 1/2 tbsp => Red Chili Powder - 1/4 tsp => Roasted cumin powder - 1/4 tsp => Roasted coriander powder - 1/4 tsp => Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp => Green Chili Paste - 1/2 tsp => Sugar - 1 tbsp => Black salt - 1 tsn => Salt - to taste => Water - 1/2 cup Preparation: = Whisk the yogurt well, add water and all ingredients one by one in a blender or jug. = Mix continuously until all spices mix well. = Keep it refrigerator and let it become cold. = Serve chilled.

This is one of the most favorite Bangladeshi Cuisine, which has become a Daily Dose for every meals of Bangladeshi Peoples. Also in West Bengal, it's most popular among Bengali peoples. It's very tasty, healthy and easy-to-cook. Ingredients: => 5-6 nos of Paul (পটোল) => 2 nos of Potato  (medium sized) => 2 nos of Onion (medium sized & chopped) => 1 tsp of Ginger-Garlic Paste => 1 tsp of Turmeric Powder => 1 tsp of Red Chili Powder => 6-7 nos of Garlic Cloves  (smashed) => 1/2 tsp of Hot Spice Powder => Oil for frying Preparation: = Peel off the skin of Pauls and cut into Thick Strips.  (like, 1 paul should be in 3 pieces, cut into the length) . Sauté Mushroom is a Popular Side dish, which is basically served with various kind of Main Course dishes including some others as Complementary in Biggest Hotels & Resorts worldwide. Ingredients: => 1 whole can of Processed Mushrooms => 2 tbsp of Tomato Ketchup => Salt to taste => 1/2 tsp of White Pepper => 1.5 tbsp of Butter Preparation : = Takeout from the can and wash the mushrooms properly. Brinjal (Begun) Fry

Begun bhaja or fried brinjal is a very common dish in Bengali cuisine and is extremely easy to prepare .  This is a Bengali Traditional easy-to-cook dish which is liked by almost all Bengali Peoples in both Bangladesh & Calcutta. It can be served with Steamed Rice, Polaw and Khichuri. You can also serve them with Breads. Ingredients: => Brinjal / Begun – 1 big (Round Shaped) => Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp => Salt – to taste => Oil / mustard oil – for deep frying the brinjal Preparation: = Wash the brinjal and then cut the brinjal in round pieces (it shouldn't be very thin or very thick, medium sized). = Rub the brinjal pieces with turmeric and salt . = Heat oil in a pan and then deep fry each of the brinjal pieces until it becomes Dark Brown in color. = Take out them from oil and keep them in a serving dish. = Serve hot.

Beguni (Brinjal Fritters)

A spicy & tasty Brinjal Fritters (Beguni) is very well-known & simple to cook. It is best served as a tea time snack or as a side dish with  khichuri  or polaw . Ingredients: => Brinjal / Eggplant : 1 piece (finely sliced) => Gram flour : 100 gm => Rice flour : 50 gm => Black cumin seed : 1 tsp => Turmeric powder : ½ tsp => Red chili powder : 1 tsp => Salt : to taste => Black salt : ½ tsp => Mustard oil : 200 gm => Sodium-bi-carbonate : 1 pinch Preparation; = Wash brinjal slices & rub with ½ tsp salt. Keep aside. = Make a thick batter with gram flour, rice powder, sodium-bi-carbonate, black cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt & water. = Heat oil in a wok. Take 1 slice of brinjal. Dip into the thick batter & deep fry in the hot oil. = Take out fried brinjal (begunee). In this same procedure fry all the brinjal slices. Sprinkle black salt. = Serve hot.

Moong Dal Khichuri

Khichuri is a preparation made from rice and lentils (daal). In Bengali khichuri is a traditional dish prepared during EIDs, Pujas and other holidays. Various kinds of vegetables like cauliflower, potatoes, green peas and carrots are mixed. Ingredients: => Moong dal  – 2 cups (roasted) => Rice -1 1/2 cups => Ginger – 2 inches => Cumin seeds – a handful => Bay Leaf – 2 => Cumin powder – 1 tsp => Green peas – 1 1/2 cups => Cauliflower – 1 cup => Potatoes – 1 large (cut in 8 pieces) => Water as required => Salt to taste Preparation: =Roast the moong dal in a pan (colour should not turn brown) and keep aside. Now in a deep dish heat oil and add bay leaf and cumin powder. Then add the roasted moong dal and saute for a minute. = Add water required to cook the dal and rice and bring it to boil.After 5 minutes add the washed rice to this along with turmeric powder and salt. Ilish (Hilsa Fish) Fry

Ilish (Hilsa) is one of most popular fishes among Bengali's, being a seasonal fish it is relished all throughout the season in all possible variations. This fried recipe is a hard-core favorite side dish for rice & khichuri . It’s a Bengali favorite to have rice with the oil remaining after frying the Ilish (Hilsa) fish. Ingredients: => Ilish / Hilsa – 200 gm (round pieces) => Turmeric – 1 tsp => Salt – to taste => Mustard Oil – 200 ml (for deep frying) => Green Chilies – 2 (optional) Preparation: = Clean the Hilsa fish, add the salt and turmeric to the fish in bowl, use your hand to evenly apply the salt and turmeric all over the fish pieces. Marinate for 30 minutes. = Heat the mustard oil for deep frying, put the fish pieces and fry till they are golden brown.
