This Chinese cuisine is suitable for those who likes to have Cheese and Lasagna type cuisines a lot. This will be an Ideal for you.
Ingredients:
=> 27 pcs of Cream Crackers
=> 5 nos of Eggs
=> Button Mushrooms (roughly chopped)
=> Salt to taste
=> 1 can of Evaporated Milk
=> 1 nos of Onion (finely chopped)
=> Chili Flakes
=> White Pepper
Preparation:
= Sauté Onion in an Oiled pan on high heat until they are translucent, then throw in the Mushrooms. Cook them together until they become colored. Season with Salt & Pepper. Set aside.
= Pour Evaporated Milk & Eggs into a large bowl & whisk. Soak the cream crackers in the mixture (as mush as you can) for a few secs. and remove.
= Oil a square cake til & lay the soaked Crackers on them (3 in a row would be ideal). Pour the mixture in until the Crackers are submerged. Then layer with another row of Cream Crackers. Repeat until the crackers and mixture are finished.
= Pout the last of the mixture on top, the pass down the top layer with a spoon (gently) to ensure that all the crackers are submerged. Place foil over the tin and bake for 40 mins. at 180*C in your oven.
= Let it cool for 30 mins. before serving.
