Beef Rendang

Beef Rendang is a Malaysian curry and is considered by many to be the king of all curries! To say it’s extravagantly delicious is an understatement. There are very few curries in this world with such amazingly complex flavors. Originally from Indonesia though now more well known as a Malaysia curry, the sauce is made with aromatic spices like cinnamon, cardamom and star anise as well as fresh aromatics including lemongrass, garlic, ginger and galangal. Unlike many curries, Beef Rendang is a dry curry which means there is not loads of sauce. However, the meat is so ridiculously tender and has a thick coating of sauce on each piece, so when the meat literally falls apart at a touch, it mixes through rice, flavoring it like saucy curries. Morning Glory Star-Fry with Collard Greens

You can make morning glory star-fry with collard greens at home with banana leaf, which may refreshen your Morning and starting up a new day ahead. See recipes.. Ingredients: => Collard Greens 1 bunch. => Garlic 5-6 cloves (chopped ). => Dry Chili 2 pcs. => Onion 1 pcs (chopped) . => Salt to taste. => Oil 2 tbsp. => A little soy sauce (optional) . Preparation: = Wash the Collards thoroughly. Cut it down to two to three inches.  = Heat the oil, add dry chilies and garlics and fry until aroma comes out.  = Add onions and fry until golden in color. Now add the Collards and stir thoroughly.  = Add Salt and Soy Sauce. Cover it for 3-5 mins until the Collards become soft.  = Bring down, transfer to a Serving Dish. => Serve hot with steamed rice or with any Rice Items .
