Make sure your rice taste lemony fresh yet savory and tasty with quick convenient cuisine. It's great to serve as a side to Roasted Chicken.
Ingredients:
=> 1 cup of Long Grain Rice.
=> 1.5 cup of Chicken Stock
=> 1 pinch of Salt
=> 1 nos of Large Garlic Clove
=> 2 tbsp of Lemon Zest (freshly grated)
=> 2 tbsp of Unsalted Butter
=> 2 tbsp of Fresh Italian Parsley
Preparation:
= Rinse the rice and place it inside the Rice Cooker. Throw the Chicken Stock & salt, stir, then place the Garlic on top of the rice. Turn the Rice Cooker on.
= When the Rice Cooker is done, set it to keep warm then add the Lemon Zest, Butter and Parsley. Stir well.
= Put the lid back on and let it steam for 10 mins. Fluff the rice with a spoon. You can keep the rice in there with "Keep Warm" setting for 1-2 hrs.
= Remove and discard the Garlic Cloves before serving. Serve hot.
