Olivia Culpo's Breakfast pizza from Scrambled

Presenting  O olivia Culpo's  Pizza for your breakfast for tasting something different.  Ingredients: => 55g pizza dough ball, freshly made => 2 tbsp olive oil => 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded => 6 slices thick cut bacon => 2 whole eggs => ½ avocado, diced => Salt and black pepper to taste => Plain flour and semolina flour for dusting Preparation: = Take the pizza dough from the refrigerator and bring up to room temperature. = Preheat oven to 290 degrees Celsius (555 F). = Lightly oil and preheat a ceramic pizza stone for 10 minutes. = Heat a saute pan on medium heat, then add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. When hot, add the bacon slices. Cook each side for 3-5 minutes, or until almost crispy. Adjust the heat accordingly to make sure that the bacon doesn’t burn. Ingredients: => 1 head of garlic (about 12 cloves), cut in half => 5 thyme sprigs, leaves picked, plus 1 extra => 1.8kg beef sirloin => 3–4 tbsp olive oil => 4 large onions, sliced => 150g plain flour => 500ml red wine => 1.5 litres hot beef stock Preparation: = Rub the garlic halves and thyme leaves all over the beef. Place the joint in a large dish, drizzle over the olive oil, then rub it into the meat all over.
