This Rolls are seemed as Famous Snacks cuisine in Malaysia. It'll be one of the most delicious Must_Try cuisine for you.
Ingredients:
=> 3 cups of Cooking Oil
=> 1 pkt of Spring Roll Skin
=> 3 cloves of Garlic (chopped)
=> 3 nos of Shallots (chopped)
=> 1/2 tbsp of Soy Bean Paste (fermented)
=> 1 nos of Turnip (shredded)
=> 1 nos of Carrot (shredded)
=> 10 nos of French Beans (shedded)
=> 1 tbsp of Chicken Stock Granules
=> Dash of Pepper & Sesame Oil
=> 1 tin (185 g) of Tuna Flakes in Vegetable Oil (drained)
=> 1 tsp of Corn Four & 2 tbsp of Water (mixed)
Preparation:
= Heat up 3 tbsp of Cooking Oil. Sauté Garlic, Shallots & Soy Bean Paste till aromatic. Add Turnip, Carrot, Beans , Chicken Stock & Sesame oil and stir-fry till Vegetables are soft.
= Add Tuna Flakes & mix well. Pour in Corn Flour water to thicken gravy. Dash up & leave to cool.
= Put 1 tbsp of the mixture above in the center of a spring roll skin, roll up neatly. Stick both ends with starch. Heat up Cooking Oil, deep fry Spring Rolls till golden brown. Dish up & drain.
= Serve hot with Chili Sauce.
