This is another small side element to make a Fine Dining Cuisine. This has been made in Small Portion but also you can serve it as Sauce.
=> 450 gm of Betroot
=> 90 gm of Honey
=> 10 gm of Salt
= In a Vacuum pack, lace all the ingredients & cook with Sous-Vide Machine @ 84*C for 2 hrs
= Blend them until smooth. Use fine sieve to refine.
= Put inside a bottle. It's ready to use.
