Hydrabadi Dum Biriyani

Hydrabadi Dum Biriyani is a cuisine from Hydrabad, located in India. This is their traditional cuisine. The speciality of this cuisine are; it's taste, it's Smell and it's Outlook. Tornado Potatoes is a cuisine made by potatoes by cutting them like Tornado shape and cooked as like Grilled Shik Kebab. Vegetable Uttapam

Uttapom is a popular Indian cuisine which have many categories. Vegetable Uttapom in one of them where many colorful vegetables have been put to decorate it to look beautiful. Ingredients: => 1 cup of Rice => 1/2 cup of Mash-Kalai Daal (Lentil) => 1/2 cup of Moshur Daal => 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder => 1 tsp of Salt => 1/2 cup of Chopped Onion => 1/2 cup of Green Capsicum =>  1/2 cup of  Red Capsicum => 1/2 cup of Tomatoes Preparation:  = Soak the Rice & Daals in water for around 6 hrs. Then blend them to a blender. = Mix baking powder and salt with this mixture and make a thick batter. = Heat a pan, take 1/4 cup of that batter pour it to the pan and spread it. Put other ingredients over it then cover with a lid. = After 1 min, flip the poured batter on the pan. Keep it like this for some time, then take it to a serving dish. = Serve hot. 

Yogurt and Cilantro marinated grilled chicken

This is a great family favorite. Loved by both my wife and me. In fact, the recipe credit goes to her for having been able to replicate the recipe and taste that had become on of your go to orders and good tandoori restaurants. And this is an easy one to do too. Ingredients: => One chicken, cut into 6-8 pieces => 2 cups of yogurt => One large bunch of cilantro (coriander leaves) stems included => 3 tsps of salt => 1 1/2 tsps black pepper => 2 tsps ground coriander => 4-6 cloves of garlic => 2-3 green chilies Preparation; = Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend into a paste. = Marinate the chicken with the paste for at least 1-2 hours (you may scour the chicken to allow the flavors to go deep). Vindaloo is traditionally an Indian dish that derived from the Portuguese dish “Carne de Vinha d’ Alhos” , a dish of meat, usually lamb, with wine and garlic. The “Carne de Vinha d’ Alhos” was first brought to Goa by the Portuguese and became a Goa's meal often served during special occasions. The traditional  version is usually made with pork but here we give you the Bangladeshi version with beef sans wine. Tehari is a rice dish with cooked with meat and is usually made very spicy. Unlike Birianis , Tehari is usually cooked with vegetable oil. No yogurt or cream is used in the cooking of it. A very common Tehari dish is one cooked with beef.
