This is one of the most highly Protein cuisine which is suitable to serve as Appetizer or Snacks.
Ingredients:
=> 4 nos of Sardine (cleaned)
=> 3 nos of Red Chilies (grounded)
=> 2 cm of Turmeric (grounded)
=> 1 cm of Ginger (grounded)
=> 1 ltr of Water
=> 3 nos of Dried Tamarind Slices
=> 2 nos of Lemongrass (bruised)
=> 2 cm of Galangal (thinly sliced)
=> 10 nos of Kesum Leaves
=> 2 tbsp of Maggi CukupRasa Seasoning Mix
Preparation:
= In a large pot, cook Red Chili, Turmeric & Ginger & bring to the boil.
= Add Tamarind, Lemongrass, Galangal & Kesum Leaves and simmer for a while.
= Lastly add the Sarnines & simmer until it cooked well. Pour it to a Serving Dish. Garnish with some Parsley Leaves.
= Serve hot.
