This is one of the most well-known Fine-Dining Cuisine which has been cooked with Soy Sauce & other aromatic vegetables which can make your mood to feel Special.
=> 1.2 kg of Chicken Thighs
=> 1/2 tsp of White Vinegar
=> 1.5 ltr of Boiling Water
=> 1/4 of Tangerine Peel (sliced)
=> 1 nos of Clove
=> 1 nos of Star Anise
=> 3 slices of Old Ginger
=> 50 g of Shallots
=> 200 g of Light Soy Sauce
=> 1 tsp of Thick Soy Sauce
=> 1 tsp of Sesame Oil
=> 120 g of Cane Sugar
=> 2 cups of Water
=> Black Pepper to taste
= Mix White Vinegar into 1.5 ltr of Boiling Water. Rinse the Chicken Thighs into this solution. Remove & drain dry.
= Boil the Tangerine Peel, Clove, Star Anise, Ginger, Shallots, Light & Thick Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Sugar & Pepper in a wok.
= Add Chicken Thighs. Drench with sauce repeatedly until golden brown in color.
= Cover with a lid. Simmer in low heat until chicken thighs are cooked well. Stir in Potato Starch Solution.
= Remove & cut the thighs into pieces. Sprinkle with some chopped parsley.
= Serve hot with Rice.
