Ingredients:
=> 2 stalks of Lemongrass
=> 1 nos of Tomato (cut into wedges)
=> 2 nos of Kaffir Leaves (shredded)
=> 2 nos of Chili Padi (cut slighly across)
=> 2 nos of Calamansi (cut into half)
=> 3-4 Beech / Button Mushrooms
=> Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation:
= Add Lemongrass, Tomato Wedges, Kaffir Leaf, Chili Padi & Seasonings into hot boiling water. Bring to the boil for 10 mins.
= Add Rice Vermicelli & Mushrooms to cook for 3 mins. Add Salt as desired.
= Remove from the heat. Squish in Calamansi Juice.
= The yummy Hot & Sour Soup Rice Vermicelli is ready to serve.
