This is a kind of Healthy Sandwich which is good to take in your Breakfast to ensure a Healthy Start of the day.
Ingredients:
=> 160 g of Cooking Oil
=> 2 tbsp of DHA Spread
=> 1 tbsp of Salmon Fillet (Skinless & boneless)
=> 1/2 cup of Low Fat Mayonnaise
=> 1/2 cup of Carrots (peeled & finely grated)
=> 1/2 cup of Japanese Cucumber (peeled & diced)
=> Salt & Pepper to Season
=> Salad Leaves as Garnish.
Preparation:
= Season the Salmon Fillet with Salt & Pepper. Heat 1 tbsp of Cooking Oil on frying pan. Fry the fillet over medium heat for 3-4 mins.
= Flake the cooked fillet coarsely with a Fork. Transfer the flakes into a mixing bowl. Add Carrots, Japanese Cucumber & Mayonnaise. Mix Evenly.
= Season to taste with Salt & Pepper. Spread the Slices of Bread with DHA Spread & Cover with a layer of the Salmon Fillings.
= It's ready to serve.
