This is one of the most popular Malaysian Cuisine which is suitable to take as Snacks. This comes with Crispy Chips and Lime cream which is enough to make your evening.
=> 3 ripe Avocados
=> 2 tbsp of Fresh Lime Juice (about 2 juicy limes)
=> 1 tsp of Tabasco Sauce
=> 1 clove of Garlic (crushed)
=> 1/2 tsp of Sea Salt
To Serve
=> Olive oil for drizzling
=> Snipped fresh Chives
=> Natural Tortilla Chips or Rice Crackers
= Cut the Avocados in half, remove the seeds and peel. Place the Avocado flesh in a food processor with the Lime Juice, Tabasco, Garlic & Sea Salt.
= Blend it into a light, elegantly pale green cream. Your cream is now ready. Transfer the Cream to a bowl, cover and chill.
= To serve: drizzle with a little oil. Then scatter over the snipped chives. It's delicious as a dip with Tortilla Chips or Rice Crackers.
