Rice cooked with Chicken Paprik and served with flavored sauce & steamed rice.
Ingredients:
=> 3 tbsp of Oil
=> 200 g of Chicken Breast (diced)
=> 1/4 cup of Thai Chili Sauce
=> 3 tbsp of Tomato Ketchup
=> 2 tbsp of Oyster Flavored Sauce
=> 1/2 tsp of Thick Soy Sauce
=> 3/4 cup of Water
=> 1 nos of Onion (sliced)
=> 100 g of Cauliflower (cut into florets)
=> 100 g of Green Capsicum (diced)
=> 100 g of Mini Sweet Corn (sliced)
=> 100 g of Carrots (sliced)
=> 2 nos of Lime Leaves
=> 1 tsp of Cornflour
=> 1 tbsp of Water
=> Salt to taste
=> Sugar to taste
=> 4 portions of Steamed Rice (to serve)
Blended Ingredients:
=> 3 nos of Shallots
=> 3 cloves of Garlic (smashed*)
=> 2 nos of Candle-nuts
Preparation:
= Heat up oil in a pan. Sauté the blended ingredients until aroma rises out.
= Add Chicken, Thai Chili Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Oyster Flavored Sauce, Soy Sauce & Water. Stir until gravy boils.
= Add Onions, Vegetables and Lime Leaves. Cover with a lid & cook until vegetables become tender.
= Add Cornflour mixture, then stir until thick. Season to taste. Pour it in a serving dish.
= Serve hot with Rice.
