This is one of the most highly Protein cuisine which is suitable to serve as Appetizer or Snacks.
Ingredients:
=> 4 cups of Rice Flour
=> 1 nos of Egg
=> 3-4 cups of Water
=> 1 tsp of Turmeric Powder
=> 1/2 tsp of Slaked Lime
=> 2 tbsp of Maggi CukupRasa Seasoning Mix
=> Oil for frying
=> 10 nos of Small Fishes (whatever you like).
Preparation;
= Combine all the Ingredients together & mix well. Make a smooth batter. Dip the Fishes into the batter. Then add in
= Heat oil in a pan for Deep Fry. Check the oil is hot enough.
= Put the dipped & coated fishes into the Oil.
= Fry in simmering heat until the fishes become Crispy & the coating becomes Golden in color.
= Put the fishes into a serving dish. Garnish with some Parsley leaves. Serve Hot with Tomato Ketchup.
