This is one of the most popular Chinese Cuisine which are belonged to Malaysia, China , Singapore & Taiwan. Also some peoples from Hong Kong like this cuisine to have in their meals.
Ingredients:
=> 2 tbsp of Butter
=> 1 nos of Dried Bay Leaf
=> 1 nos of Big Onion (Sliced / Cubed)
=> 200 g of Chicken Breast Meat
=> 140 g of Growing Rice
=> 5 cups of Water / Chicken Broths
=> 125 g of Carrot (cubed)
=> 50 g of Celery (cubed)
=> 5 nos of Corn (sliced in 1 cm. thick)
=> Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation:
= Wash & drain the Growing Rice. Place them in crock pot & add in Water or Chicken Broths. Set aside.
= Heat Butter with the Dried Bay Leaf. Add Onions & Sauté them until caramelized.
= Pour the onions into the crock pot. followed by the rest of the ingredients & let it cook
= Half way of the cooking, remove the Chicken Pieces & Shred it. After that return them to the cooking & mix well.
= Pour the cuisine into a serving bowl, sprinkle with some chopped parsley. Serve warm.
