Sauté Mushroom is a Popular Side dish, which is basically served with various kind of Main Course dishes including some others as Complementary in Biggest Hotels & Resorts worldwide. Also some restaurants serve this cuisine as Side Dish or Complementary Dish with their other menus. You can also serve this in snacks in your home.
Ingredients:
=> 1 whole can of Processed Mushrooms
=> 2 tbsp of Tomato Ketchup
=> Salt to taste
=> 1/2 tsp of White Pepper
=> 1.5 tbsp of Butter
Preparation:
= Takeout from the can and wash the mushrooms properly. Slice them up.
= Melt butter to a Sauté pan. Add the mushrooms on the butter and toss.
= Add Salt & Pepper and sauté until in becomes slight brown in color.
= Add the Tomato Ketchup and keep tossing until the ketchup gets mixed properly with the Mushrooms. Taste & correct the salt & pepper presence.
= Transfer them to a Dish. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
= Serve hot
