This is a spicy yogurt drink served on weddings or big parties with biryanis, tehari or polaw rice. It is a traditional drink and is very easy to make.
=> Plain yogurt - 1/2 kg
=> White pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
=> Mustard Powder - 1/2 tbsp
=> Fresh mint leaves paste - 1/2 tbsp
=> Red Chili Powder - 1/4 tsp
=> Roasted cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
=> Roasted coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
=> Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
=> Green Chili Paste - 1/2 tsp
=> Sugar - 1 tbsp
=> Black salt - 1 tsn
=> Salt - to taste
=> Water - 1/2 cup
= Whisk the yogurt well, add water and all ingredients one by one in a blender or jug.
= Mix continuously until all spices mix well.
= Keep it refrigerator and let it become cold.
= Serve chilled.
