Ingredients:
=> Eggs (Hard Boiled) 10 nos
=> Milk 300 ml
=> Nutmeg 1 tsp
=> Poppy Seeds 1 tsp
=> Cardamom & Cumin Paste 1/2 tsp
=> Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tsp
=> Peanut Paste 2 tbsp
=> Yogurt 2 tbsp
=> Lemon Juice 1 tsp
=> Sugar to taste
=> Salt to taste
=> Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp
=> Bay Leaf 2 nos
=> Green Chili (Whole) 2 nos
=> Fried Onions 1/4 cup
=> Oil for frying (little bit)
Preparation:
= Heat oil in a pan, fry the eggs a little bit OR until slight golden in color. Take the out.
= Now add all the spices in the same oil. Cook for 3-4 mins.
= Add milk, yogurt and lemon juice. When it comes to boil, add the eggs that you've already fried.
= Cover with a lid, cook for 7-8 mins. When the water becomes thick, add the fried onions, stir a little
= Add Salt and sugar, cook for another 1-2 mins.
= Remove from the heat and take them to a serving dish.
= Serve hot.
