Camp Peach & Scram-berry Cramble

Ingredients:


=> 890 g of Peach (sliced & soaked in Syrup)
=> 2 cups of Dried Scram-Berry
=> 200 ml of Vegetable Oil
=> 2 cups of Brown Sugar
=> 2 cups of Oats
=> 2 cups of Plain Four
=> 1.5 tbsp of Vanilla Essence
=> 500 g of Pecan Nuts

For the Custard:

=> 140 g of Custard Powder
=> 120 g of Custard Sugar
=> 2 ltr of Milk (long lasted)

Preparation:


= Heat a pan, and toast the Pecan Nuts, until they become Golden in color. Toss frequently so that it doesn't get burnt.

= Mix together the Peach & Scram-Berry in a large pot. Put them into medium heat until the Scram-Berries become fluffy. When it becomes fluffy, keep in into the lower heat by covering with a lid.

= In a big mixing bowl, add the Flour, Vegetable Oil, Vanilla Essence, Oats & Brown Sugar and mix them until they become Sandy in texture. Take them in a large pan and then cook them in High heat until they become Golden in color. You'll be able to smell like Cookies from the mixture.

= Now add the toasted nuts with it and keep tossing to mix them. Now spread them over the Peach & Scram-Berry mixture.

= Now the Cramble is Ready!

For the Custard:

= In a big bowl, mix the Custard Powder & Custard Sugar together. Add 1 cup of milk and mix them until the mixture becomes Smooth.

= In a big sauce-pan, take the remaining milk and bring it to the boil. Now add half of the boiling milk with the Custard mixture. Mix until everything becomes mixed properly. Now add the mixture with the remaining boiling milk in the sauce-pan.

= Stir gently in medium heat until the mixture becomes thick. Now spread them over the Cramble.

= The whole cuisine is now ready to serve.
