Lunch or Dinner. If you're in Bengali Zone and if you have wishes to taste the Bengali Cuisines and their tastes whichever they like, this Devil Curry can be one of those favorite Bengali Cuisines. Just difference on this is, Capsicums has been used on this to bring something difference in this cuisine; extra spicy and looks exactly like Traditional Bengali Cuisine.
=> 4 nos of Eggs (mixed in a pot)
=> 2 Yellow Capsicum (you can use various colors to bring variety or to look colorful)
=> 1.5 cups of Onions (chopped)
=> 5 cloves of Garlic (chopped)
=> 1 tsp of Red Chili Powder
=> 1 tsp of Turmeric Powder
=> Salt to taste
=> 4-5 tbsp of Oil
=> 1 tsp of Cumin Powder
=> 1/2 tsp of Coriander Powder
=> 1 tsp of Soya Sauce
=> 1/4 tsp of Black Pepper Powder
= Heat oil to a pan. Add onions and fry without color. Add the Garlic and fry for a while.
= Add the mixed Eggs and keep mixing them until they becomes perfectly Scrambled (ঝুরঝুরি). Add the capsicums and continue the process.
= Add all spices and keep stirring until they mixed with the ingredients properly. Add little bit water and then salt and keep it cook until the water gets soaked fully.
= Add Soya Sauce and cook for about a min. Turn off the heat and transfer the cuisine to a serving dish.
= Garnish with chopped Parley and Serve Hot with Steamed Rice.
