This Sassy Melon Sherbet is a light, refreshing frozen treat that's perfect for kids & adults. Especially during the hot days.
=> 3 cups of Seedless Watermelon Cubes (cut in 1 inch size & frozen solid)
=> 1/2 cups of Vanilla Yogurt
= Take half of the Watermelon Cubes and place them in a food processor. Process until it breaks down and is grainy in texture.
= Stop the processor and put in half of the Yogurt. Continue the process until the mix becomes buttery smooth.
= Scoop out the sherbet to a separate container and repeat the processing with the rest of the ingredients.
= If you prefer a "Froyo or Ice Cream consistency", then Serve Immediately. If you prefer it to be "firmer", freeze for around 2 hrs then serve.
= Leftover sherbet might be frozen and difficult to scoop. So place the container in the refrigerator to thaw a couple of hours before serving.
