Everybody loves a little dessert! Whip this up for the family as a delicious after dinner treat. You family will love it!
=> 3 middle sized mature Mangoes (fresh mango cubes 450 g)
=> 2 packs unflavored Gelatin Sheets
=> 160 ml of Milk
=> 60 ml of Heavy Cream (chilled)
=> 1/2 cups of Granulated Sugar (or more if needed)
= Place the Gelatin Sheets in cold water until they turn soft.
= Heat half of the Milk in a small pot. Pour in the Sugar and soaked Gelatin. Cook over a slow fire, Stir until sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved. Set aside to cool down.
= Slice the fresh Mangoes in half and the cup up the flesh in cubes. Place the mango cubes in blender and then add the remaining half of the Milk. Blend until it become very smooth.
= Mix the blended mango with the milk. Add the Heavy Cream. Stir until everything is combined evenly. Now strain the mixture. If needed, use a spatula to help the mixture go through the strainer.
= Pour the mixture to a container and place in a refrigerator for 3 hrs. until completely set. Decorate with the leftover mango cubes and mint leaves before serving.
= It's ready to serve.
