This Onion Ring Delight cuisine is one of the popular cuisines of Malaysia. It's best suitable to have in Snacks and also can be served as Accompaniment of any of your favorite main course dishes you like. This is also best for making any occasion enjoyable!
Ingredients:
=> Large Onions (cu into rings)
=> 1 cup & 2 tbsp of All Purpose Flour
=> 1 cup of Milk
=> 1 Egg
=> 2 tbsp of Vegetable Oil
=> 1 tsp of Salt
=> Vegetable Oil (for deep frying)
Preparation:
= Place the Onion Rings in a bowl of ice water and let soak for 1 hr. Drain the water & dry with paper towels.
= Pour the Flour in a bowl. Add Milk, Egg, 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil & salt and whisk until smooth.
= Heat oil in a large sauce-pan. Dip the Rings in the batter until they're all evenly coated. Arrange them on a plate.
= Fry the battered Rings in batches for about 5 mins. or until they become brown in color. Transfer the Rings to a paper plate lines with towels using a spoon.
= Sprinkle with a pinch of Black Pepper & some chopped Parsley.
