Devil Potato™


This is another Devil style Potato curry which has been cooked as Extra Spicy Curry with the addition of Chili Flakes and other usual spices. This is Perfect for those who likes having foods which is Extra Spicy.


Ingredients:


=> 1 cup of Potatoes (cut in Stripes)
=> 1/4 cup of Onions (chopped)
=> 5 cloves of Garlic (chopped)
=> 2 tsp of Chili Flakes
=> 1 tsp of Red Chili Powder
=> 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder
=> 1 tsp of Ginger-Garlic Paste
=> Salt to taste
=> 1/3 tsp of Cumin Powder
=> 1/4 tsp of Coriander Powder
=> 50 g of Butter (optional)


Preparation:


= Melt butter to a frying pan (if you choose to use butter)(add) 1 tbsp of oil. Add the Onions and fry them without color. Add the Garlics and fry for a while.

= Add the Potatoes and keep stirring. Now add he Ginger-Garlic Paste and cook for a min.

= Add hot water* then start adding the spices one-by-one (without the Chili Flakes) & SaltCover with a lid and let them boil in medium-high heat.

= Make sure the water get soaked enough. Now add the Chili Flakes and cook until the whole ingredients get absorbed with each other. Check & correct the taste and spices.

= Transfer the curry to a serving dish. Sprinkle with chopped Parsley and Garnish with Carrots (or you can use whatever garnish you want to use)

= Serve hot with Steamed Rice.

Make sure that the water level is not too much or too little. It must be in a level to which the Potatoes can be Tender and other elements can stay good.
