
Poached Egg bhuna is basically a curry which is known one of the most edible traditional cuisine of Bangladesh. It's not much popular, but a good amount of people use to make this for their meals.
Ingredients:
=> 1 nos of Egg
=> ½ cup of Onions (chopped)
=> ¼ cup of Garlics (chopped)
=> 1 nos of Tomatoes (diced)
=> 1½ tbsp of Oil
=> ½ tsp of Red Chili Powder
=> ¼ tsp of Turmeric Powder
=> Salt to taste
=> ⅓ tsp of Coriander Powder
Preparation:
= Heat oil to a frying pan. Add Garlic, fry until aroma comes out. Add Onions and fry without color.
= Add tomatoes and sauté it.
= Add the spices one-by-one and salt. Then add water and cook them until all the spices get well-cooked & oil comes out. Check & adjust the seasonings once again.
= Now break the egg and pour it into the mixture just like poaching. Sprinkle some salt over the egg. Cover it and let it cook in a simmering heat.
= When the eggs become white & pocahed, turn off the heat & transfer them into a serving dish.
= Sprinkle with some chopped parsley leaves.
= Serve hot with Steamed Rice or Paratha.
