Ingredients:
=> Collard Greens 1 bunch.
=> Garlic 5-6 cloves (chopped).
=> Dry Chili 2 pcs.
=> Onion 1 pcs (chopped).
=> Salt to taste.
=> Oil 2 tbsp.
=> A little soy sauce (optional).
Preparation:
= Wash the Collards thoroughly. Cut it down to two to three inches.
= Heat the oil, add dry chilies and garlics and fry until aroma comes out.
= Add onions and fry until golden in color. Now add the Collards and stir thoroughly.
= Add Salt and Soy Sauce. Cover it for 3-5 mins until the Collards become soft.
= Bring down, transfer to a Serving Dish.
=> Serve hot with steamed rice or with any Rice Items.
