Easy & simple breakfast menu this morning. It's filling! Can make this a diet menu too!
✨Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 stick of sausage (optional)
- A little carrot cut into cubes
- A little bell pepper (optional)
- Sufficient black pepper and allspice
✨ Preparation:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs until slightly fluffy with black pepper and allspice. Mix all ingredients.
2. Pour the egg mixture into a paper muffin cup.
3. Sprinkle some chili powder.
5. Bake in the air fryer 160/10 min or until cooked depending on the air fryer.
6. Serve Hot.
