Ingredients:
=> Chicken thighs (with bones): 4
=> Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
=> Oyster sauce: half a tablespoon
=> Fish sauce: 1 teaspoon
=> Tomato ketchup: 1 tablespoon
=> Chili sauce: 1 tablespoon
=> Sour yogurt: 1 tablespoon
=> Paprika: 1 tablespoon
=> Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
=> Honey: 1 tablespoon
=> Mustard oil: 3 tablespoons
Preparation:
=> First, rub lemon juice on the chicken thighs and leave it for 30 minutes.
=> Now wash it again, then cut off the scratch with a sharp knife.
=> Mix all the sauces, sour cream, and honey, and rub it well on the chicken. Marinate it for 5-6 hours.
=> Now light the charcoal on the barbecue stand and prepare the stand by shaking the coals.
=> Place a grill tray on the stand and brush the chicken pieces with oil.
=> Once one side is done, flip it over and grill the other side, brushing it with oil as well.
