Ingredients
=> 20 gm of Butter
=> 20 gm of Flour
=> ½ tsp of White Pepper
=> 100 ml of Milk
=> Salt & Sugar to taste
Preparation
=> In a pan, melt the butter. Put Four into the butter and fry it until Sandy Texture.
=> Pour the milk and keep stirring continuously to prevent it from making stone alike. It will become a thick mixture. Don't stop stirring.
=> Add Salt, Sugar and Pepper to correct the Seasonings. Continue stirring to dissolve the seasoning completely with the sauce.
=> Pour the Sauce into a Sauce Pot. It's ready to serve or re-use..
