Shrimp and Mushrooms with Scrambled Eggs in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:

=> 6 Tiger Prawns

【For The Egg】

=> 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
=> 5 Large Egg

【For The Mushroom】

=> 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
=> 3 oz. White Mushroomã…¤ ã…¤ ã…¤ ã…¤ ã…¤
=> 3 oz. Beech Mushroom
=> 3 oz. White Crab Mushroom
=> 0.25 tsp. Salt
=> 0.25 tsp. Black Pepper
=> 1.5 tbsp. White Wine
=> 1 cup Chicken Broth
=> 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
=> 0.5 tsp. Sugar
=> 1 tsp. Oyster Sauce
=> 2 tbsp. Cornstarch Slurry (Corn Starch + Water: 1 To 2 Ratio Of Cornstarch To Water)
=> 2 cup Cooked Rice

【Garnish】

=> 1 tbsp. Green Onion, Chopped

Preparation:

=> Cut off the bottoms of the seafood mushrooms, beach mushrooms and white mushrooms. Separate them individually and then clean them.

=> Heat cooking oil over medium heat and make scrambled egg first.

=> Heat cooking oil over medium heat, then stir fry mushrooms for 1-2 mins. Then add salt, black pepper, shrimp, white wine, chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce. Mix them well.

=> Then, add water and corn starch. Let it stew.

=> Put the scrambled egg on the rice. Pour the cooked mushroom from Step 3 on top.

=> Finally add some chopped green onion as garnish. 

=> Feature: It's tasty! It works well with rice or noodles. It's easy to cook at home and very delicious.

=> Serve hot with choices of Rices or  Breads or Noodles.
