Ingredients:
=> 2 Large Salmon fillets
=> Salt and pepper to taste
=> 3 tbsp. Butter
=> 4 Cloves Minced garlic
=> 2 tbsp. Lemon juice
=> 2 tbsp. Chicken broth
=> 1 tbsp. Sweet chili paste
Preparation:
=> Start by grabbing a large baking pan then you're going to place your salmon in an aluminum foil and place on your baking pan.
=> You're going to place some asparagus beside your salmon I'm using 1 pound of asparagus then we're going to season with some salt and pepper.
=> Place a tablespoon and 1/2 spoons of butter onto the salmon and asparagus. Set these aside for later.
=> Sauce: Start with 4 cloves of minced garlic 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 2 tablespoons of chicken broth and 1 tablespoon of sweet chili paste go ahead and mix everything together until very well incorporated.
=> Divide the sauce between each salmon and asparagus pack. Next, you're going to cover your salmon and asparagus entirely with the foil and fold them into packs.
=> Pre-heat your oven to 425 °F/218 °c place your salmon in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Now this part is optional but after your salmon has baked for 10 minutes you can take them out and unfold the foil. Then put your oven on the broil setting and broil your salmon for the remaining 5 minutes. This will give your salmon is a nice golden-brown color and it will look more appetizing.
=> Serve hot with Choice of Rice or Breads.
