Ingredients:
Salmon Fillet
=> 1 tsp of Onion powder
=> 1/2 tsp of Garlic powder
=> Salt to taste
=> 1/4 tsp of Pepper
=> 1/3 tsp of Paprika
=> 50 g of Italian herbs
=> 1 tbsp of Olive oil
Sauce
=> 2 Tbsp fresh minced Garlic
=> 1/3 cup Chicken broth
=> 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
=> Sun dried Tomatoes
=> Red pepper flakes
=> Salt to taste
=> Pepper to taste
=> Italian herbs
Preparation:
=> Season & pansear Salmon on both sides for 2 mins with 2 tbsp olive oil in cast iron skillet.
=> Transfer to separate Pan. In same skillet start your sauce. Add garlic cook for about 3 mins, Add red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning.
=> Add chicken broth, sun dried tomatoes and whipping cream. Add your remaining seasoning. allow to simmer. Pour sauce over Salmon and bake in oven for 5-7min on 400 degrees.
=> Serve over Mashed Potatoes.
