This mouthwatering butter salmon is one of the leading Seafood cuisine in South Asia. This cuisine consists of Salmon pieces, Lemon Juice, Honey and aromatic spices which can give you the feel of having the food in Seafood Restaurants or Food Houses.
Ingredients:
=> 5 tbsp of Butter
=> 1/4 cups of Honey
=> 1/2 tbsp of Minced Garlic
=> 1 tbsp of Fresh Lemon Juice
=> 4-5 pcs of Salmon
=> 3-4 pcs of Lemon Slices
=> Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation:
= Melt the butter in a wok. Add honey & stir gently to mix it with the butter.
= Add minced garlic and continue stirring gently. Then add lemon juice. and mix all together.
= Add the Salmons and apply the mixtures of lemon, butter and honey over the salmon pieces.
= Add Lemon Pieces, Salt and Pepper. Then broil the Salmon for 4-5 mins. in High Heat. Don't forget to flip the pieces in between.
= Check and adjust the seasonings. Transfer the Salmons into a serving dish.
= Serve hot with Steamed Rice or Fried Rice of your choice.
