Chicken Peri Peri

Chicken peri peri is one of the most delicious dishes served in European countries. Nowadays it is served in Asia Pacific too. It's too delicious that you can enjoy all tastes together such as Spicy, Sweetie and Salty. Why don't you try this at your home?





Ingredients:

=> 2 leg pcs of Deep cut chicken
=> 1 nos of Capsicum (cube cut & seeds out)
=> 2 cloves of Garlic
=> 1 cup of Ginger
=> 2 tbsp of Onions (chopped)
=> 1 tsp of Paprika Powder
=> 1/2 tsp of Mixed Herbs
=> Salt to taste
=> 1 tsp of Chili Flakes
=> Pepper Powder to taste
=> 1/2 tsp of Sugar
=> 1 tbsp of Soy Sauce
=> 1 tbsp of Tomato Sauce
=> 1 tbsp of Oil

Preparation: 

=> In a blender, add Capsicum, Garlic, Ginger, Onions, Paprika, Herbs, Salt Chili Flakes, Pepper, Sugar, Soy Sauce & Tomato Sauce and blend them well. Peri peri sauce is ready.

=> Marinade the chicken pieces with this peri peri sauce well and keep it for 3-4 hrs. or overnight to observe the sauce with the chicken pieces.  

= Heat oil to a frying pan. Add the marinated chicken pieces onto it. Cook in high heat for 1 mins. Flip it then again cook for 1 mins on high heat.

= Cover it and cook for another five mins in low flame. Keep flipping until the chickens get well cooked.

= When the chickens get cooked, transfer it to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped parsley. 

= Serve hot.
