Prawn, mixed with Jackfruit Seeds and mashed them with spices. This food is famous in Bangladesh as per their traditional food to serve in lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
=> Peel the Jackfruit Seeds and clean them by rubbing them properly. Peel the Prawns, apply Turmeric & Salt and boil them.
=> Now boil the Seeds properly.
=> In another pot, heat Mustard oil, fry the Dried Chili and remove them from oil. Now add-in Onions & Garlics and fry them. Add the boiled Prawns. Fry them for a while and remove from the heat.
=> Now mash the Seeds using masher. Mash the Prawns into half-mashed. Mix all the mashed ingredients with the fried onions & garlics including the oil.
=> Transfer them into a serving plate. Garnish with some chopped coriander or parsley.
=> Serve with Steamed Rice.
