Chicken curry with Jackfruit Seeds, is also a popular cuisine among Bangladeshi peoples. It usually served with Steamed Rice and sometimes with Polaw or Biriyani. Very enjoyable and tasty one.

Preparation:
=> Boil the Jackfruit Seeds into half-boiled.
=> Marinade the chicken with all the spices. Heat oil into a pot, fry the onions. Transfer the marinaded Chicken and cook for a while.
=> Add little hot water and continue cooking. Now add the Seeds & some more hot water and cook until the Chickens become tender and the Seeds become well-cooked OR until the oil comes out.
=> Transfer the dish to a serving plate. Sprinkle with some chopped Parsley.
=> Serve hot.
* Chicken should be cut into eight pieces, you also can use processed chicken but in that case the taste will be different.
