This cuisine is a kind of traditional Bangladeshi which is served mostly in rural areas of Bangladesh. Suitable to serve if it's any event, like EID.
Ingredients:
=> 1 kg of Beef
=> 2 cups of Raw Jack-fruit Pieces
=> 3 tbsp of Chili powder
=> 2 tbsp of Coriander Powder
=> 2 tsp of Turmeric Powder
=> 2 tsp of Cumin Paste
=> 1 cup of Onion (sliced)
=> 2 tbsp of Garlic paste
=> 2 tbsp of Ginger paste
=> 1 cup of Oil
=> 2 nos of Cardamom
=> 2 pcs of Cinnamon
=> 2 pcs of Bay Leaves
=> Salt to taste
Preparation:
=> Cut the beef and the jack-fruits into medium-size pieces.
=> Mix all the spices with the beef and cook. When it's start bubbling, pour hot water into it.
=> When the beef becomes tender and the water comes to soak, add the pieces of jack-fruit. Cook well.
=> After about 2 mins, add little bit more hot water and cook well again until everything become tender.
=> When oil comes out, turn off the heat and transfer into a serving plate.
=> Serve hot with Plain Rice, Polaw or Biriyani.
